Example: A Store leader commented that when he and an Assistant Store leader were having a discussion about a Team Member that was struggling, the Assistant was on the same page as the store leader because he had gone to the mental health training. Both the Store leader and Assistant leader knew that had this discussion taken place prior to the training this Assistant Leader would not have seen the concern in the same way.
After providing training to our Store Leaders and some of our Assistant Leaders – they went back to their teams and started sharing the info with other leaders and using it to support their Team Members - this has prompted many requests for more sessions of the Mental Health Leadership Training.
